See [Security & Compliance](security-compliance.md) for the controls in place today. #### Personal data in Marketplace products The Marketplace is not a venue for selling personal data. Sellers may not include personal information, protected health information, or other sensitive data in any product, and buyers may not attempt to re-identify individuals from purchased data. Properly aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be re-identified is permitted.
