# Privacy Policy

### Privacy Policy

#### What the Privacy Policy covers

The Privacy Policy covers personal information that Spartera controls
about visitors, buyers, sellers, and their authorized users. This
includes sign-in details from Google or Microsoft single sign-on,
business profile information, transaction and payout records, API
usage logs, and website analytics.

It does not cover the data products sellers offer. Marketplace
products may not contain personal data. When Spartera processes
personal data on a client's behalf, the
[Data Processing Addendum](https://spartera.com/dpa/) applies instead.

#### Making a privacy request

To access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal
information, email <legal@spartera.com> with the subject line "Privacy
Rights Request." The Privacy Policy explains how requests are verified,
response timeframes, and how to appeal a decision.

#### Marketing email

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or update your
communication preferences in your account settings. Transactional
messages, such as purchase confirmations and payout notices, are sent
regardless of marketing preferences.
