Legal & Compliance
This section points you to the agreements and policies that govern
Spartera. The pages here are short guides. The documents linked below
are the binding versions, and where a guide and a linked document
differ, the linked document governs.
Which agreement applies to you
| You are… | Governing documents |
|---|---|
| A buyer, or any Marketplace user | Marketplace Terms of Service |
| A seller who lists and manages your own products | Marketplace Terms plus the Platform Partner Agreement |
| A seller whose products Spartera builds and operates for you | Marketplace Terms plus a Managed Partner Agreement signed with Spartera |
| An advisory or implementation client | A Spartera Advisory Services Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work |
| Visiting spartera.com | Website Terms of Service |
A seller signs either the Platform Partner Agreement or a Managed
Partner Agreement, not both. Whichever one applies supplements the
Marketplace Terms and controls where the two conflict on revenue
share, payouts, data rights, assignment, partner-specific liability,
and termination of partner accounts.

de-identified data that cannot reasonably be re-identified is
permitted. The full rules are in Section 5 of the Marketplace Terms
